Driving Performance is monitored on a consistent basis to improve driver behaviour and attitude. The On Board Computer, FMS200/300 is one of the measuring tools used to monitor driver behaviour performance and to analyse for over-revving, harsh breaking and speed violations. This system is linked to a tag per driver and can also monitor working/driving hours. Minimum requirements are 98%. It is expected from staff to achieve 100% all the time. All vehicles are equipped with DriveCam units that are used to monitor and further enhance driver behaviour.
