The company is privately owned by the Bidyanguze group of companies. The management of the company is headed by Mr. Gervas Bidyanguze (CEO), Mrs. Levina Bidyanguze (Executive Director) and Mr. Hekima Bidyanguze (Operations Director).

SERVICE

The manufacturers through maintenance agreements maintain our equipment to the highest standards. Included in the maintenance agreement is a 24-hour, 7 days-a-week breakdown back-up service. Apart from external service providers we have an internal maintenance department, which is responsible for preventative maintenance with a fleet of dedicated breakdown support vehicles, which enhances our service and reliability to our customers.

SECURITY

Security is a very important aspect of this business, considering the valuable equipment that it accommodates on a daily basis. To ensure maximum and satisfactory security measures, a close-circuit TV system on-site camera has been installed.
